How do I kick a user?

Click on the user's name, select kick, fill out a reason (optional) and click on the kick button. You can kick users if you are a moderator or above and exceed the rank of the user you are trying to kick. i.e. a manager can kick moderators, but cannot kick other managers.

How do I ban a user?

Click on the user's name, select ban, fill out a reason (optional) and click on the ban button. You can ban users if you are a moderator or above and exceed the rank of the user you are trying to ban. i.e. a manager can ban moderators, but cannot ban other managers.

How do I change a user's rank?

If you are a moderator or above, you can click on a user's name to change their rank. You must also be a higher rank than the user to modify their rank. As a chat owner, you also have the ability to use the ranks list tab in chat settings to view/remove ranks or reset all ranks.

How do I delete a message?

If you are a moderator or above, you can delete individual messages in the chat.

To delete a message, mouse over the message and click on the 3 dots next to the message to open the menu, and select "Delete Message".

If you're using a mobile device, you'll need to long press on the message to open the menu, and then select "Delete Message".

How do I clear all messages?

If you're an owner in the chat, you can clear all messages.

To clear all messages, you can click on the menu icon and click on "Clear Messages". Alternatively, you can type /clear in the chat to clear all messages.

Monitoring moderation actions

If you're an owner, you may want to keep an eye on the actions taken by moderators in your chat, or look up reasons for previous bans.

The action log provides a list of every moderation action taken (kicks, bans, rank changes) in your chat.

The Action Log can be accessed by clicking the menu icon in your chat, and then clicking on "Action Log".
