Bookmark Messages

To edit the bookmark settings for your chat, click here.

You can also access this option by clicking on the menu icon in your chat, and clicking on Chat Settings and then Bookmark Messages.

Bookmarking messages makes them easily accessible via a bookmark icon .

To bookmark a message, click the three dots next to a message (or hold down on a message on mobile devices), and select "Bookmark Message".

Bookmarks are available on the Pro plan and higher.

Bookmarked messages can be useful for special announcements, kind words from your visitors, funny remarks, handy reminders and so much more.

Bookmarked messages will not be automatically cleared out like other old messages are.

You also have the option of setting which rank is able to bookmark messages -- it is allowed for owners only by default.
