Pre-Approve Messages

To edit the pre-approve settings for your chat, click here.

You can also access this option by clicking on the menu icon

in your chat, and clicking on Chat Settings and then Pre-approve Messages.

Most chatrooms like to allow users to speak freely and instantly, and they moderate and deal with offensive behavior afterward.

However, if you wish to require messages to be pre-approved, you may use this option.

This feature is designed for Q&A sessions, including webinars or schools.

This is available on the Community plan and higher.

For chatrooms that wish to promote a more social aspect, we recommend you leave this setting disabled.
