Welcome

Welcome messages are shown to users when they sign into the chat.

To edit the welcome settings for your chat, click here.

You can also access this option by clicking on the menu icon

in your chat, and clicking on Chat Settings and then Welcome Messages.

Welcome messages can be used to mention the rules to users or inform staff of changes.

You can add messages and select which user types will see them.

For example, you can set a welcome message informing visitors and regulars of a new rule you've added to your chat, that shows for registered users and guests.
